The only reason I said I wasn’t completely satisfied was because I was told my vehicle would be looked at on Monday. I followed up Monday and Ismael wasn’t sure if my vehicle had been looked at but did advise us a tech called out. He said he would call back a half hour later to update me and it was approximately an hour to an hour and a half later. My vehicle wasn’t looked and he advised it would be another day. My car sat from early Saturday morning and was completed Tuesday morning, I was left without my vehicle for 4 days.

It was my first time I took my car to Ken Grody, Raul said I would get a complete car wash and when I walked to my car my car wasn't washed, they said they were to busy. I had to insist for them to wash my car, because I took the time to make an appointment I was upset they were saying they were to busy to wash my car. I would of understood if I would of just drove up and took my chances. Now I pray to God that they had the time to do my oil change and the power control. They said it was done so I hope so.
