Ismael Rodriguez was perfectly fine but who did the service on my truck stated they rotated the tires on the paperwork when they obviously did not. I also specifically asked if they were rotated and marked one of the tires to keep them honest and they were not rotated. If this was not accomplished what else was not completed in the service that was paid for? This is unacceptable for Ken Gordy Ford.
