What can I say….Raul Rodriguez and the local service team always go above and beyond. I noticed it took longer than usual for an oil change but it seemed your service center team was a bit short staffed.
I witnessed various customers get upset today regarding wait times and even overheard a customer was crying (for whatever reason). I do understand everyone wants to be treated like an MVP customer however there needs to be understanding both ways.
Please pass on my sincerest thanks to everyone at your Buena Park Service Center. Keep up the great work!!!!
