This was my first time using Ken Grody Ford and Tim Prete was fantastic. I've only ever owned and driven Ford vehicles, so I'm loyal to the brand and it's history. I decided to give Ken Grody Ford a try since my local Ford dealership had recently provided sub-par customer service. Upon arrival to KGF, I explained to Tim the issue I was having with my F-150s transmission and he immediately brought in his transmission specialist and we had a very detailed triangulated conversation, which was great. Tim provided exceptional feedback and communication. So far, I have nothing but great things to say about Tim. I'll be using KGF going forward. Thank you.
