I was very grateful to get a walk-in appt within 30 minutes of my phone call. Mario reviewed my service plan & the additional services that would be covered beyond the oil change that I came in for. I was able to enjoy coffee in the newly remodeled waiting area. I loved that I could charge my laptop & phone at the table. The wait was just over an hour, less than the original time he quoted so I was able to leave sooner than expected. Mario greeted me at my vehicle before I left & we discussed additional service needs. Mario even discussed being able to squeeze in the 2nd appt the following day but I wasn't available.
