Last time I took my car in for service. NARIO had said they didn't change my Air Filter for the cabin. He said he was going to order it. I never got a call to come in and Saturday April 14th when I took my car in I reminded him, and let there was nothing on the paper that it had been changed.

My wind shield was broken upon picking up my car.
How can I trust your service department? No wonder my car wasn’t washed when picking it up. Whoever broke my front windshield didn’t want it to be obvious…. Who is the supervisor in charge? Does anyone inspect the vehicle before it’s returned back to clients? What kind of service is this??
