I had mentioned that my lift gate was having problems when I called in to make my appointment. I also mentioned concern about what I considered possible tire noise and vibration.
The only item that was completed after nearly 3 1/2 hrs was the oil change, fluid checks and tire rotation.
This was disappointing considering I rented a vehicle for my wife so that I was able to make this appointment.
