Sean was very patient and helpful. I had my car serviced at City VW last year, 2018 and I believe Sean assisted me then as well. Made both experiences as pleasant as is possible in a work place situation.

My husband was told our appointment was scheduled at 7 a.m. The person that schedules appointments should have said something about the fact that mechanics at City Volkswagen don’t work on cars until 8 a.m. We found that out on the day of the “appointment”. Please train the people that schedule appointments to know this information. My husband sat around for an hour just to get someone to start working on our car. What a waste of time! Time is money!
