Jillian kept us updated on the progress of our vehicle and future service recommendations in a very professional yet friendly manner.
The most important part of the whole transaction was the comfort level Jillian created with my wife and myself. I believe she created a level of trust that will keep us returning for other services on this vehicle

Which has never came on since I own the vehicle since 2012..
My vehicle has various scratches on the area that they were working on also screws that are very damage and just put back on like that ...........,For being a Chevy dealer I am very unsatisfied with the work I regret taking my car there

Called to schedule maintenance and explicitly asked for instillation of the front license plate. Arrived for the appointment; again asked for the instillation of the plate. Plate was not installed although they washed my car which I asked not to be done.
With that said, the staff was friendly.
