Jillian came over and greeted us immediately upon arrival. Friendly, professional and efficient. Conversation was focused on our Volt, but included just the right amount of sincere dialogue that builds a real relationship between customer and suppler. City performed a complete diagnosis of our battery range. Jillian called and provided a succinct summary with an explanation of no fault found. Extremely pleased with her and the other employees we interfaced with. Definitely will return to your dealership for any and all service/sales issues/opportunities.

I just got my car home and the same problem still exist. I plugged in my 220 volts no charge then I pulled out the chagrin’s mechanism in the back trunk that does not charge the vehicle either. This is past flustrating. Can anybody fix this car?
