Great experience!! I had been put through a disastrous experience with another car dealership. Rebecca Bigelow assured me they would make my experience great and take care of me. She was great to work with! She kept me informed of the status of my car. She went over and beyond to check with my warranty from the other car dealership. I was in and out of the service department in less than 30 minutes to drop my car off and get a rental to picking it up. Definitely will go back to them!

Left the filter loose caused the oil to leak. This is the second incidence. The first was a few months ago went there for oil change and your mechanic or service clerk left the cap loose and caused the oil to leak. I don't think I want to continue doing business with you guys.
