Rebecca was very professional and compassionate. She’s sympathetic to the fact that a large expense on repair of a vehicle can be very stressful. She made herself accessible from the moment we dropped off our vehicle, and was quick in response to any questions. We will definitely come here for any future needs.

I have had to visit twice in the last couple of weeks due to a service engine light coming on. Daniel has been absolutely fantastic both times. He was very personable and understanding. He explained everything in a way that I could understand even not being a car person. The second time I came I was hoping that Daniel would be there because he was so easy to talk to and respectful the first time. I was delighted to see that he was and he remembered me even several weeks later. Would recommend Hendrick just because of him.

I have never been to a dealership where I receive my car after being serviced (especially one that took longer than expected) and it was dirtier than when I deopped it off. This dealership does not appear to care about customer service within their service department. I have never been impressed with the service received regardless of how much money I spend.
