I have purchased 2 cars from the dodge dealership and get the 10 years of service package, they treaated my wife today as though she was a gullible woman, constantly trying to upsale and failed to look up the vehicle for the plan that we purchased and tried to charge her for it and failed to rotate the tires. I am disappointed and my wife is angry.

I didn’t appreciate the service person telling me that the diagnostic was complementary when it wasn’t. I had to pay $89 for it. Next time be up front and say we do a diagnostic for $89, then I can tell you no.
