Staff were excellent but customer pay labor costs are severely overinflated. 3.5 hours to change a ford Edge starter motor is way too much and I will be contacting Ford Corporate to let them know. The parts price was also inflated. So as good as your personnel are the experience was not good. I was told Wednesday evening that the part would need to be ordered and it may be there Thursday. The car was ready by 10am Thursday so I doubt very much if it took 3.5 hours. I will be checking the suggested lab time. After spending $1258.00 the car was not even washed before being returned. When I got it home I found the convolute hose connecting the air filter housing to the intake was not installed correctly. I have pictures of how it was put back on.

Glenn was awesome…..just a note: took commercial vehicle in for an engine light, paid $1300.00 and lasted one week. Vehicle stopped running enroute to picking up a customer, had to tow back to Villa Ford cost $300.00 plus lost revenue from customer $1400.00. Paid another $800.00 for Villa Ford to fix. I hope it last more than a week……so far it’s costed me $3,800.00…..I’ve had a limo business since the 90’s, would love to take all vehicles to Villa Ford…but rates are too high, any ideas?

Domingo was great!!! He took good care of my vehicle. Customer service for rental car was horrible. Fuel tank was full before taking back rental and girl said i can either go fill it up or get charged 9 a gallon.told her i just filled it up prior to taking rental back. She said no it was not. So I took rental to gas station and fuel was coming out of tank and guess whonhad to clean it. ME!!! as no more could go in. Was a full tank!! Took back to villa ford and she still claimed it was not full and had attitude and was not welcoming from minute i got there at that. Then she calls another guy. Not sure if he was valet but he was part of service dept to get him to look at after i walked away and got into my vehicle. As I was pulling out i seen her approaching but she turned and walked back into the service dept. Very upset and not pleased with your customer service. If she dont want to work and can't put a smile on her face then she shouldn't be in that position. Send this message to top cause I will be doing so through corporate. No customer should get that kind of service to put them thru that. Had to go gas station twice and for what! Was filled first time around.If she can't read the fuel gauge there's a problem. As for Domingo, he assured me i had nothing to worry about that I will not be charged. I left upset. My name is Nadine V
