Carlos did a great job. Additional feedback - he offered a car wash, and since I had just returned from Las vegas and the car was dirty and bug covered I said thanks, it can use it. Apparently it was washed, but very poorly, still bugs and droppings all over the front and the windshield. The dust was washed off, but not much else.

I dropped my car off to be looked at and repaired after it had overheated, and I had to call back myself 24hrs later to find out what the issue was and how much the repairs would cost me. Then I found out that the car *might* be available by the end of the day, or by the morning after that. I’m lucky in the fact that I had another means of transportation for two days, but a lot of people don’t have that convenience. I had to call back to find out the status of my cars repairs and the cost of them, and it took 48 hours to resolve the issue, with no indication as to how long it would take when I had dropped it off.

It is not Glen’s fault but why did I have to call the ford dealer 7-8 times to request a LYFT ride after I was done at work to get picked up and pick up my truck? Every time I called and ask the receptionist that I needed a LYFT ride, she would transfer me to another line in which I got a voicemail EVERYTIME. After the second call, I was very specific with the receptionist, I stated that I was calling for a LYFT ride and that before she transferred my call, could she please make sure there was someone available to take my call. EVERY TIME, she said, “yes I will”. SHE LIED! This happened way too many times. A customer should not have to call 7-8 times to request to be picked up nor should a customer have to be that clear with the receptionist for that many times and she still disregard the customer’s request to check to see if there’s someone else available. I don’t care how busy she is. I deserve the same amount of help as anyone else.
In addition, I asked Glen to repair/fix a loose part that was hanging at the bottom of my truck. It was never fixed. It is still hanging from the bottom from below the engine. I am very disappointed in my service experience. I truly expected more. But I am very upset at your poorly trained and experienced receptionist that refused to help me last Tuesday May, 28th.
