Found deep 4 inch long scratch on the back lid of trunk after car wash and inspection of the car this wasn’t present at our car drop off at the dealer this looks like someone backed up to the wall there is no dent but it’s chipped and scratched

Glen was amazing and noticed that EVERYONE I came into contact with was super friendly and pleasant.
One teeny tiny suggestion...It would be great if you can avoid moving the driver's seat setting if possible. I am sure this is sometimes impossible but I am still trying to set my seat back up to just the right spot. The seat, steering wheel and even head rest was moved.
