My car was at the dealer for 2 weeks. I followed up several times and did not receive a call that the repairs were completed. When I received this survey link, I texted back that I was still waiting for a call. I then got a call from my service advisor stating that the car was ready. My husband left work early to take me to pick it up. I was at the dealer for an hour and they could not find the car or the key. Since it was now after 6:00 and they were closing, they told me they would figure it out the next day. I requested that they drive the car to me so that I did not have to make my husband leave work early again. When I was halfway home from the dealer, I received a call that they found the car. I turned around and went back to pick up the car. The car porters apologized to me, but the two service advisors that were there at the time I came in never even apologized.

Joe, did a great job assisting me when I got there. However I was not satisfied with the overall experience of my visit. I felt a** the other dealer was more attentive and cared more about customer service than this dealer. The lady that assisted me checking out Was very nice and professional, however, I felt as I was just a number and didn't really cared about my needs. I had requested more information for new tires and wheels and was not given that information when I checked out. I would love a call back from a manager so that I can express in detail and hopefully assist in their customer service experience. ****-****-xxxx.
