I asked for a maintance service which usually includes a coolant top off and every time I take it with mr Domingo or any other rep, that isn’t the older gentleman on the left, it never gets done

I was a bit disappointed with the service this week. Leaving the truck for multiple days and picking it up dirty was the first item. The second item was the valet did not pull all the plastic cover or the service number from the mirror. I expect more from the dealer especially for the cost.

Joe Gutierrez was very helpful. He called me to schedule the battery installation as soon as it came in. Additionally he helped me with my oil change and maintenance of my vehicle.
