I had a number of issues. First the battery problem and the recall that I was told last visit I was told if it fails you will be covered, car-fax has be emailing that not getting it done herts the car value. .the battery problem I was told leave the car and we’ll check it, never told every thing was covered. I waited until I had a way to get transportation, I brought it back and Victor told me it was all covered even the loner car, that was great however I should have been told before. I told Victor
I was having trouble with alarm the world go off at night with no one around. I live in a mobile home park and my and the people around me were not happy.
When we talked about what needed to be fixed were battery, alarm, recall and be serviced. When I picked up my truck had a new battery, recall done, told couldn’t find a problem and driving home I noticed had not been serviced. Called Victor today on answer and no call back. Not happy have used Villa Ford for years on my past cars. First new pickup I have purchased from Villa not is great service.

Came in with squeaking brakes on 2022 f150 with 10k miles. Brakes have been squeaking for 6 months. I was told there was nothing that can be done under warranty, but I could purchase new pads. And they still may squeak. That certainly would deter me from purchasing another FORD.
