Our service advisor did the best He could given a car that needed 5.5 weeks of repairs. Upon initial pick up the check engine light came on and required me to return for another day of service. This survey should be more question about service versus just the adviser, who does not control a poorly manufactured car, inefficient repair process, and poor quality control of by repair technicians.
