Domingo explained my problem to him and he told me to give him time to check it with the Technician and he offered me a very friendly and professional rental car. My camera system was failing very frequently. I had previously taken it in in January of this year but No, they did absolutely nothing, Sunday gave me a lot of security and about that, at 2.30 pm the vehicle told me that it was ready with that speed and efficiency, I give 100% customer service, very efficient and professional. Victor is THE MAN! I have had many horrible experiences with getting my vehicle serviced, but truck was here at Villa Ford of Orange and I can’t come up with one single complaint. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and Victor went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I have to give a huge thanks to Victor for answering all my questions. Overall a 10/10 experience working with Victor.

Victor asked me to call before I came to pick up my car. I did and Sheldon answered the call. I explained why I was calling and rather than relay the message to Victor he sent it to his voicemail. When I arrived the were both sitting at their desks doing nothing. Victor never got the message and then he said a storm was coming so I probably wouldn’t want my car washed right now. Complete laziness!!!
