I bought my F150 Lariat in September. I added the Bakflip to the bed. The last section broke. I'm back and forth between CA and CO. I took it to Fairway and they said to take it to Villa where I bought it. In Dec. I did, and was told it would take 2 days. I has to go back to CO so I was told to bring when back in March. Now I was told, after leaving for 2 days, that there were 11 tickets before me and it would take longer. Unfortunately, I have to go back to CO. It seems I can only get it fixed at Villa. I'm frustrated b/c I cannot open it all the way to load and unwould. It would be nice to get it fixed or just get a new on.

I went to change the oil to my truck, when I picked it up and brought it home I see damage on my back bumper and I went back and I told the manager to check the cameras, they only checked the cameras when I arrived but he told me I brought the car already damaged and I told them to check the cameras in the back where they change the oil and they say don’t have have any in the back.
