That was a tough question. The customer service is 100% (when you can get ahold of someone). If I have to call my chances of someone answering is not likely, but in person you couldn’t ask for a better place for customer service. I was only not satisfied that my issue is still an issue and I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone to see what the solution is. I do travel out of my way to come to this specific location because the in person customer service is wonderful, but it’s inconvenient to have to go there to get ahold of someone.

I always trusted Ford services
But this is the second time I take my vehicle to Villa Ford and I never get a call when my vehicle is ready. Why? I dropped off my vehicle early in the morning and I always have to go without no body calling to let me know is ready. This never used to happen at Ford of Orange. I had to wait 7 hrs for an oil change and and cabin filter. Why? I think you guys can do better.
