Glen is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the services need and provide by Villa Ford. I came in late in the day and he got me right in for an oil change and diagnostic check. Glen is very nice guy and it’s a pleasure working with him keeping my ford truck going!

This is the first time I have even wanted to fill out a survey for Villa Ford.
Vic went above and beyond for the recall repair by taking me even though I messed up the appointment date, keeping me informed of the progress and setting up a rental car for the inconvenience. The only negative comment is when I pull up for service I’ll not sure if I’m to wait in the car or go in. When I go in nobody acknowledges me until I had to ask to be helped.

When my car was serviced they did not put it all back together. 4 months later I needed a new battery and noticed the engine cover was missing. When I went back to ask about it, they first denied losing it. Then when records showed they did work on the engine they owned up to it. They placed an order for part, took 5 months to get! When I found one in IL and requested they call to get it, they suddenly had one come in the next day! When I had it installed they said they weren't going to charge me. Darn right! I have been going to Villa Ford for years, but the last 3 visits have been horrible service. Lucky I found another local mechanic in Orange. Better service and pricing. I still like Ford vehicles, but the service center is lacking.
