I was charged for a service that was not performed and had to fix it myself. Called for refund and had to return in person to get it. My F150 was in the shop for 2-1/2 weeks for what should have only been 3-4 days.

Appreciate the customer service, allowing me to drop off my car and arranging Lyft to get me to work and then drop off my car at my work.
Disappointed by Ford continuing to use lug nuts that require replacement and not recognizing that the materials are poor and even defective. Very disappointing. They need to honor and stand behind their products and those they chose to have installed within their automobiles, even if manufactured by others.

I am on a recovery of a Hospital stay. I don’t drive for now so my wife drives me everywhere. When recently driving, I noticed the left directional signal light was inoperative. With the Wife the sole driver of the family, day and night, I did not want her to drive a vehicle in an unsafe condition.
I called Janie and explained my situation and asked if I could get the vehicle repaired if I got the vehicle to her dealership. First of all, she showed much concern for my poor physical condition and said I stay at home and focus on recovery. She would arrange p/u of the vehicle, have it repaired and drive it back to our residence. Well, Janie made it happen, and I was able to make Medical appointments in just a couple of hours.
That’s my story. And, that’s how Janie has typically treated every delicate situation I had with all my vehicles, and my personal welfare.
Thanks, Janie, you are a Valuable Asset to Villa Ford and the entire Ford Motor Company.
