Appointment was 9:00am, I dropped car off before 9:00am. I was advised the vehicle would be completed by noon and it wasn't completed until almost 2:00pm. That was a long time to wait for a battery swap out and car wash.

It’s unfortunate that my car needed a new transmission and was it was completed I was ready to pick up the truck, but then it was in a fender bender. I am concern if that will appear on Carfax?
