I thought anytime a vehicle was brought in for service it was returned washed. That wasn’t the case this time.
Very slow! I was there for a oil change and tire rotation and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes before I was ready to leave! Since I now am out of my free oil changes, I will go to my old standby, Quick lube!
Left car for 1245 appt snd still had to wait for it at closing time

No need to contact me. Felt I was over charged. Already talked to the service manager. Will not return unless I'm sure it's a warranty covered item.

The service department is unethical. They said there were issues with my truck that would threaten my ‘safety’ yet when I went in to question the ‘broken part’ the service manager couldn’t give me an adequate reply on why that calls for a repair. In addition trying to charge me over $2,100 in labor for a repair where parts are $160. It does not take 4.5 hours to replace a single ball joint - which wasn’t damaged in the first place- it should take 30min - 1.5 hours.. It’s sad, that people out there are believing you and i’m very glad I have a sense of mechanic skills to see the unjust behavior and ‘recommendations’ happening here. I called multiple chevy mechanics after the quote and they all said this was ‘Scammy’. I suggest you stop lying and deceiving customers.
Was told the recall work would take a half day. 8:30 drop off. Work wasn’t done till 4:30.
Hard to reach the service department to get update.
Had to get rental car to keep my work obligations in take, and pick my truck up next day.
Eric was nice, helpful, and good with communication. But if I’m told it will be a half day job, I expect a 4-5 hour completion time.
I will be back. Staff was nice enough to not discourage me.

I made a service appointment and was told when I arrived 10 minutes early that someone just pulled in before me and only one mechanic could do the Volt EUV software update. Ended up a 3 hour wait vs what should have been a 90 minute wait. Why make an appointment?

You claimed you’d keep my car this winter if I dropped it off so you could do the battery warranty work before we left for the winter. But twice now you’ve contacted me to come pick it up now. I’m afraid you are going to sell it or something before I get back in April.

My problem still exists with my vehicle. Had to bring it back for service 1 day after completion.
I brought the vehicle to Denooyer because I purchased it there.
First time in for service communication was not good as far as status of how it was going.
