Excellent service from Donald Hartney today. Have always taken my Prius to Atlantic Toyota. Always met with excellent staff. Peter was excellent on the phone when I scheduled my appointment and Loraine has always been exceptional.

Scheduled an appt a day in advanced. Told the service rep that I had a screw in my tire and that I needed a tire replaced. Go to my appt at 9:45 AM ended up leaving FOUR HOURS LATER !!!! And it would have been longer if I didn’t choose to pay a difference of $32 flipping dollars to release my car ????????????????????
