Adrian and staff are always courteous and professional. The services to be preformed are explained before servicing , as well as all that was done. I appreciate the level of communication. Service was prompt and timely. Lounge is always comfortable and stocked with coffee, hot chocolate and water.

Every time that I have been at the service department, Adrian goes above and beyond. My treatment at the Kia service department since 2019 (with my forte) was one of the main reasons that I decided to purchase my 2nd Kia vehicle (telluride). I’ve always felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you!

I was in and out quickly and treated kindly. My only problem is I brought my carnival in for a recall but was told that the sealant needed to fix the problem is not available and will need to return at a later date. Gas is expensive.
