Your technicians did replace failed components but they did not take steps to resolve the underlying problem. The "symptom" is engine failure while driving. It has happened twice. Caesar's advice to "drive it and see if it happens again" is not reasonable. Engine failure while driving could lead to a catastrophic outcome. Caesar told me he would talk to the Service Manager and call me back. I have not heard from him. I would like to speak with someone who understands a little about electronics and has a good grasp of troubleshooting logic. Steve Pinto ****-****-xxxx.

I had a 930 appointment and was not checked in until 1015. I was told my car would be ready later that day but didn’t get it back until 3 the next day.
My interaction with David was very pleasant, and the work on my jeep was completed faster than I expected.
The service provider never called me, I had to call him.. I had to call him 4 times then speak with a manager to get a return call..

Also they Scratched my rim. I Know this because they are brand new? I got them the day before the car stopped.
The paperwork did not properly reflect the work that was performed. As such, I had to take extra time to have the paperwork reviewed to ensure that the repairs were performed. In addition, nobody brought my vehicle to the pick up area after I paid the cashier. I had to stand around, waiting, until eventually someone asked me if I was waiting for a car. This was my first experience at Scott Robinson CDJR. It was mediocre.
I spent $700 for replace two batteries. The very next days car has the same old problems.

My vehicle was that Scott Robinson for 5 days. From a Thursday to a Monday afternoon, to which I had to walk over to find out the status of my vehicle. During the 5 days I received only b one call from Humberto. I was told I would receive an update Thursday evening, nothing. Friday all day, nothing. I sent messages and made phone calls to the service dept to reach Humberto with no success till he contacted Saturday with news that the part would arrive Monday. Monday came and went, so I walked over in Tuesday. There was Major lack of communication and updates...and major lack of offering transportation support since they would keep my vehicle till Monday... Which turned out to be actually Tuesday. I was not offered a rental, and I was told my vehicle part would arrive Monday. Tuesday I was told the part did not arrive and won't arrive until September 3rd. So basically my car was there for 5 days for just a tire repair and an oil change which should not take more than 2 hours. This was a ridiculous experience and Scott Robinson should be ashamed. I just bought my car less than a year ago and I'm really disappointed in the service that was provided. I really hope you make adjustments and corrections in your service department, as well as parts.
Cesar makes it convenient for me to get my Hellcat serviced, and not have to be concerned leaving a specialty high performance car at the dealer.
Terrible terrible service!!!! My car was left at the dealer for FOUR days to do something that could have been done in ONE day! They never called me I had to keep calling and asking about the status of my car. I had an appointment to get my tires checked and when I got there they told me they don’t do that ???? Worst service ever

My recall on the drag link of my 2018 Ram 2500 was done incorrect and was over welded. Humberto located a part after I dropped my truck off at 8:45am and notified me late in the afternoon that the part wouldn’t be in for a few days. Once the part arrived, I was told it would be completed that night(Thursday) and received a call later on to expect it done Friday. Friday afternoon, I got another call saying to expect it after the weekend on Monday. Monday came and I needed my truck Tuesday morning and Humberto called again to say the repair was running behind and expect it late Tuesday if not Wednesday. I finally tried to reach the sales manager, but was continually being sent to Humberto since he was my advisor. I was furious. I told Humberto I would be at the dealership Tuesday morning at 8:45am to retrieve my truck one way or the other. The drag link was replaced and I had my vehicle back. After calling 2 other dealerships, I was told the maximum the repair should have taken was 1.5hrs. It cost me says without my truck and lost revenue. I will not be bringing my 2018 Ram or 2019 Jeep Wrangler unlimited JL to Scott Robinson for service. I recommend that the department gets an overhaul. Not my 1st issue with the department.
I was made to wait for 30 minutes without explanation after I was told that my vehicle was ready. Otherwise the staff was very kind and helpful.
