The men that removed the decal on my steering wheel per the recall left it all black and greesy. I am very unsatisfied with the level of cleanliness from a Dealership Service center. Servicemen usually clean up after themselves.

My only complaint is the time it took to check out. I have a fleet vehicle and have been serving my Jeep at Scott Robinson for 4 years. They did not know how to handle it at check out so it was a lengthy process.

I took my car in two weeks ago to perform the loose steering wheel TSB, after a month they said is done and was fixed, I took the jeep home drove for a week and has the same loose steering wheel. Last week I took it back and complained that steering wheel is still loose, they said they will investigate and after a day they called me to let me know that they won't fix it further. They said they think iit derived normal. I shared with FCA a video me driving on the freeway and showing how loose the steering wheel is. So I am at an impas with jeep. Why will you not fix the car? This is a very expensive car, I paid almost $70k and for 5 months I can't enjoy, been to service 5-6 times so far. This is ridiculous.

They were professional. But, i was charged an additional $97 dollars to have my kep programmed but it wasn't programmed. After they saw it wasn't programmed, they still charged the $97 dollars anyway.

Brian Moore is the most disrespectful and belittling person I’ve ever done business with. From a customer standpoint, I’ve never been more offended by how he handled my transaction. Never recommending this dealer to anyone anytime soon.
