I was able to connect my phone to the Bluetooth but I don't hear the voice coming through the speakers. I hear the text messages only buy not phone calls. They can't hear me and I can't hear the caller

I brought my vehicle here two times, and it took eight hours to complete both jobs. First job was for a oil change and tire rotation, and I brought the car in at open. Second job, had the horn fixed, and I also brought the car in at the open. Faster service would be great! Thanks

Took my car in for an oil change. Was told vehicle wouldn't start. Found out that my fuel pump wasn't working. Service manager got my car fixed ASAP and didn't charge me for the fuel pump. He even offered me a rental which thankfully I didn't need. This is a perfect example of outstanding customer service. Thank you to the service manager and team for taking great care of me.

David told me I was in need of a " clockspring assembly" and gave me a quote of $1200.00 to have the repair done. I came home and had other places give me a price of $117.00 to $135.00 for the part! and $225.00 to install the part. I am not happy because I have been good customer and have owned 3 different Chrysler's

Scott Robinson Jeep dealer, please improve your service appointment system. I made an appointment for 7:30am. When I arrived I was told that I’ll have to leave the car for the whole day. Thankfully the time was reduced to half a day, only after I looked and sounded shocked that it would even take that long. I got my car back 5 hrs later! The recall repair was estimated to take half an hour. I do not mean to be rude, but usually when I schedule appointment somewhere it is so that I get attended to relatively quickly. If I could recommend a change in the system, I would suggest to advise everyone that it’s a first come first serve basis, and have a limit on the amount of cars that you will accept per day. I think that will remove peoples surprise when you tell them you have to keep their car for a full day. I am thankful that the service team took care of the recall issue, and I would be willing to come back again if further repairs are needed on my Jeep.

I am very happy and satisfied with all the help Christian always provides me every time I go he is the reason I keep on choosing to go Scott Robison from were I live at I have closer dealers to go to but they do not make me feel as welcome as they do here at Scott Robinson all their team members and service advisors are so polite and professional.
