Jaime was my representative. He’s a efficient and kind person. He listens to whatever my concerns are and let’s me know when certain service is do. Today he took care of the recall and the broken shocks and motor for rear gate. He took care of everything.

From the very beginning of my experience with Cesar Arizmendi, he displayed an unwillingness to provide customer service to me. He was discouraging, unprofessional and displayed a negative attitude. I am very surprised Scott Robinson has an employee representing the company in this way. I am so dissatisfied with his poor level of service that I have vowed to never visit your service department ever again. I will drive a million miles to find a Chrysler Dodge service department where providing excellent customer service is a priority,

You guys had the car for several days he never called us with an update my wife had to go by and check and see what was going on only to find out they found nothing wrong with the main problem we had it in for and it was just sitting there because there was no one supposedly to check out the syrius issue. We don't appreciate the main issue not being investigated further or appropriately we told them when it happened and they didn't recreate the situation. And then no updates terrible customer service.

Made online appointment for 6/11 and dropped my vehicle off on the 10th. Never did I receive an update. I made several attempts to contact Mr. Rubio on Tuesday morning but no one in service answered the phone. I called again the afternoon and a very nice young lady named Daniella walked over to the service department. She returned to tell me that Mr. Rubio was out to lunch and that she left a message to return my call. A hour and half later I received that call from Mr. Rubio informing me that the tech couldn't find anything wrong. I asked what diagnosis that he perform and he didn't. I picked my truck up the same evening and made one stop before returning home the truck stalled again. Personally I don't think anything was done to my truck in the four days that you all had it. Mr. Rubio had no answers to my questions other than to tell me the the tech run several diagnostics and the truck never stalled.Twenty minutes after picking it up it stalled. I would have accepted if he would have gave me some possibilities that could cause symptoms

Horrible service, will never go back to get a vehicle serviced at your location. Dissatisfied with your service manager and service rep. My vehicle was their first 6 days and only received one status update. I spoke to the service manager in person and he did not really care about my complaint. You lost a customer and I will take my business all the way to Huntington Beach!
