All was very good. Was disappointed that bumper had to be trimmed to mount trailer hitch, although tech did a great job. Felt that for the price i paid, bumper should have had a better alternative

The car was in for almost 2 weeks. I finally called on Wednesday of the second week and was told the mechanic was just starting to work on it. I finally called on Friday 12/1 to check on the status of the car and was told it was done. I told them I would be in in 45 minutes to pick it up but when I got there, no one could find the repair information and I waited about 15 minutes for them to find it and print it. This is not the type of service I am used to. Finally I think it is absurd to pay $2,200 to replace a driveshaft and other parts just because a rubber boot as a tear in it and is leaking a little. Having bought two Audi from McGrath in the last 20 or so years. This makes me question whether I will buy another Audi.

Scheduling was effortless and efficient. I had quite a bit of work done and I'm very satisfied. Darcy personally spoke with me and kept me fully informed about what work was needed and the approximate cost of that work. In the end her estimate was spot on.

Vehicle was not vacuumed after service. Interior air filter changed and debris that fell out was not vacuumed up and left on passenger mat. Oil dirt stain on carpet in driver side foot box.
