I was totally satisfied with the service. I have been very happy with service every time that I have had anything done here. Excellent service, thank you.

I paid for brakes and rotors and oil change when I should not have as more pressing matters such as the car shaking horribly when I left. If the car doesn't work why would I buy new brakes, etc.

I was contacted by Lakeland Audi service department, telling me that they were ready to do my recall. My salesman has told me in the past that anytime I needed work done on my car that they would come get the car and leave a loaner with me I questioned the service girl and she said that they don’t do that on this type work.. strike one… We rearranged our schedule so that my husband could take the car to the dealership and plan to wait on it. Service agent even called me back about 10 minutes later to remind me to bring the power cord and box. My husband arrived at 9:50am for the 10 o’clock appointment. at 10:50 AM Alejandro came into the lounge and apologized to him and said that they did not actually have the part. He told them the car was being washed and he would let him know when it was done. One hour later at 11:50 AM they came and told him the car was done. Strike Two… . Then.. about an hour after he gets home, I get a text message with a video about the work they had done on my car… Except… It was not my car in the video… The only work that was done was, it was washed, which we did not ask for because we had washed it two days prior. Strike Three. I love my Audi Etron, but not sure that I am willing to go through the hassle of this kind of service in the future.

Jaylene was very professional, kind, friendly and helpful. She made sure everything was addressed. Very impressed with Morton Grove Audi. You gained a repeat customer.

Jaylene was extremely friendly and professional. My situation was a mess as the loaner I was driving was rear ended and even Jaylene did a great job at mitigating the situation. Like all the mcgrath service managers, she proved excellent customer service and kept posted every step of the way regarding what was best for my car. She even advised to only change 2 tires instead of all 4 showing me that I cann really trust her and McGrath Audi. Great buying experience for a great can and to customer service I've received from Jaylene and Aramae ever since. I'd recommend a McGrath Audi to anyone.
