Brought my A6 for oil change. Appointment was made almost 2 weeks in advance. Oil change took 3 hours ( 8:45 am appointment and I left dealership after 12 noon. I decided to check the quality of work performed. Oil wasn’t filled to the “max” and all tires we’re overinflated ( checked or cold tires with 2 different gauges) . The representative was nice . He said he was sorry multiple times and gave me a discount. 10% from 89$. So for the longest in my lifetime wait for oil change I made close to 9$ :) which I spent to buy a jug of oil to fill up. I think for premium product and service that Audi would love to position itself it, it can do better. I do understand this may be an isolated incident and not systemic in nature , but would like this recorded in case adjustments need to be made. Want to be constructive as I love Audi and I love my Audi. Thanks David

jeff was great. i felt very informed once they found the issue. he quoted me the price and timeline. he also suggested i contact my insurance company. my comprehensive did cover it as it wasnt an accident. he kept in contact with me throughout the week with the progress. the car was ready a week early. i was very pleased with the paying part of the process. he met me shortly after arriving and got the car brought in for me while paying. very professional yet friendly. i felt so happy leaving there. earlier than expected, quoted price, and all clean. the inside was cleaned as well, being where the issue was. 100% satisfied.
