Service for my vehicle and service from Roberto was amazing. Roberto was very friendly and helpful with any questions I needed answered. I also really appreciate the video inspection for the vehicle and real time communication with the team.

Christian does not reply to phone calls nor text messages. For example, I received a text message asking how the service was (after the dealership had my car for a month.). I mentioned that I’m still waiting on an answer about the TDI warranty, that I asked 4-5 times about.
Christian told me that it would cost $900 to replace my battery. I tell him, that’s outrageous for a battery, and asked if I could replace it, he said it’ll still cost $500 to program the battery. While explaining my perspective, he hung up on me…. This has been the tone with him every time I asked for an update, since there was a serious lack of follow up.

He was one of the nicest people we could have experienced. He took interest in our questions, was enthusiastic to answer or demonstrate some of our vehicles features. We will most definitely trust our car for future service because of the experience.

Dropping off the vehicle and getting situated was all great even with providing a loaner, but I never received a report on the inspection of my vehicle, although they did call saying what was needed prior to an inspection, I was under the impression a copy is giving to the customer. After all the work was done on the vehicle and picked it up my passenger side floor may was dirty with dirt and was frustrated because I had just washed my vehicle too. Also can provide picture of the aftermath.
