When I got there I was greeted by Jeffery. He made me feel like he really appreciated my business. He offered me a free wash after the service. When they were finishing up he came in and offered to use my Ford points towards my bill. So oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, fluid checks, wash under an hour!

I specifically drive to Lakeland to get my Q7 and R8 serviced. James and Gary are outstanding service representatives. I feel they take the time understand my concern and ensure my vehicles are properly repaired. Since I live so fair away, I truly appreciate the loaner car. Ryan Charr did a phenomenal repair job, and I appreciate the level of car he always has with my cars. The video you provide is a wonderful tool that helps the customer understand what is wrong with the car, and points out future items of concern, like the brakes and tires. Kudos again to James for his top shelf communication and professionalism. Because of your team I will continue to bring my cars to Lakeland Audi.

Only issue was that both the service assistant and I both forgot that I needed the smallest can of white paint for my bumper scratch.
