Was able to help me ensure that my tires would be covered under my warranty after a series of unfortunate accidents. Didn’t have the originally tires to document for the warranty but in the end was able to work with the warranty company to almost fully cover the cost of two tires. Only paid $12 out of pocket and was very happy my tire “ordeal” is over with. Will be returning for future maintenance and service.

I had to have someone troubleshoot an obd code PO299 while 350 miles away from this Ford dealer. A connector from the turbocharger had not been properly reconnected, and it caused the car to run rough.
I have spoken with the point person for my service at Darling’s. He has promised to square this away with me ($92 CDN), I trust that he will do this, so, although I think the service was not properly done, I am satisfied with the way Darling’s is addressing the issue.

I was very happy with the service today, I did not have an appointment, but the service department took my truck in and performed the service I needed, Jeff was very courteous and the check out was smooth and quick, Jon and Joe were also helpful
