We were 100% thrilled with Alexander- fantastic service! But the loaner we received was full of crumbs and there were food wrappers on the floor. Also, the windshield wiper blades were awful- it poured the night we had the car and we ended up canceling plans because it was impossible to drive. When we received our car back, and this is a minor detail, it hadn’t been vacuumed out. A service we always received in Kansas where we purchased the car and until recently from you. While none of these issues on their own are a big deal, the combination did not make me feel valued as a customer. These are the details I’ll consider when I’m ready to trade my car in.

Jayleen was very nice and thorough. No complaints with her at all. We were, however, somewhat frustrated with the wait time for our oil change. It took 2 1/2 hours.
We could hear and see it was the office holiday party the day we went in, (pizza, staff celebrations, speeches, etc.) Our car didn't move )from where we pulled it in) for an hour, so we knew then, it was going to be a longer wait, than the hour and a half we were were told. Too long a wait to have an oil change & tires rotated!!

Randy was great but my car was not vacuumed or cleaned well.
That was disappointing as I specifically asked to have the back cleaned
