Have an issue with the Mimi system and CarPlay and nobody seems how to find the cause of problem or know how to fix it

A customer before me was waiting on her vehicle to be washed before it was released. I witnessed it and heard a representative tell her that her car was up next for a wash. I noticed my truck wasn’t washed and asked about it. I even offered to pay for a wash but Andrew lied to me and stated the car wash was closed at the time. I had just paid $1,000 out of pocket for repairs (as I do ever time I have my vehicle in your shop) I at least should’ve gotten my vehicle washed like the two customers before me.

Jeff was great. He kept coming in to give me updates on my vehicle where as other customers in the waiting room hadn't heard a thing from their customer coordinator. Jeff is very personable, the kind of people needed for great customer service.

Called with a cracked 6.2 exhaust manifold, parts were ordered and an appointment was made. Truck was completed the same day as the appointment for the amount originally discussed. Can’t complain about that, thanks for the good service
