James was great in every way. I still have to reconnect my phone to the car every time I get in the car. Also the hands-free system doesn’t work very well. I say telephone Than call Charley and it tries to take me over to navigation to find Charley, very frustrating. So those things have not been fixed.

Jacky immediately inspired my confidence and trust in him. He did a great job of answering all my questions and explaining all work to be done. He also did an excellent job suggesting what should be done to the vehicle at different mileage or time intervals to keep it in top shape. I would definitely want to deal with Jacky in the future.
