You had a staff meeting at 1 o’clock in the afternoon when is the busiest time of the day and I waited 45 minutes to talk to an advisor after that everything went smooth shouldn’t of had to wait 45 minutes.

Liam goes above and beyond every time I have an appt. This time it was an urgent situation and he fully accommodated me! My vehicle had one issue after another and when he called to update me, he was always professional, very kind and understanding. He is a true asset to the service dept!!!! You should be very proud to have him on your team!!! Shout out to Jake (mechanic) for his persistence and hard work in fixing my vehicle! I know it wasn’t easy and your effort did not go unnoticed!! Thank you!!!!

Gary and staff did a great job. My only suggestion would be that the waiting area provide a better assortment of healthy snacks/beverages and charging stations for phones, lap tops I pads etc. This is most important for those customers that, like myself for this service call, are in the building for several hours. Thank You.

Jeff did a great job taking care of me. Arranged for my car to be picked up at my work place and delivered it back. Called me with updates and sent my car back clean and delivered earlier than expected. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Jeff rocks!
