James was great, very courteous and professional. What impressed me most was that he had the chance to sell me a fuel pump and said it was not necessary. I’m not accustomed to dealers having a chance to make a buck and giving you a break. It makes me trust your dealership much more and very inclined to return. Thanks James

After my vehicle was towed to Jackie, I wasn’t expecting it back until Monday. Jackie was able to get my vehicle in for the calibration and alignment it needed. He called me with the good news knowing I was anxious to get it back. I am grateful for the VW service department and Jackie for getting me back into my car ahead of time! Thanks to you all!

Due to a traffic delay I was more than 1 hour and a half late. Despite this he was more than accommodating to still get my truck in for sevice. Since moving to Maine 26 years ago I have always gone to Darling for purchase and service of my Vehicles. Thank you for all you do to help the customer feel appreciated. Great customer service

Lol ordered wrong part after I dropped it off 5 days early then had to wait another 2 days for part and after paying 800 dollars more then I should have they changed me a 175.00 dollar deductible when it’s supposed to be 100.00 but I’m a good sport
