Darling’s Service Department was able to look at my car when it was first towed in and John Dow was able to examine and fix the issue quickly so that I wouldn’t have to wait the 10 days for my scheduled appointment, to get it seen and fixed! I am very pleased for the care and consideration shown by John and the service team!!

Darling’s just replaced the windshield on my Q8 and returned the car to my home which was great however, i just noticed they did NOT put the new inspection sticker on the windshield!! so now the car is not legal to drive. we did the windshield replacement now in part the car’s inspection was up April 30 please note the repair also took an extra day to complete and am very surprise the new inpection was not done during this delay and put on i live 90 minutes away in Greenvilke - how do you propose remedying this?

Andrew was great, so was Raymond. I was very unhappy that I scheduled this appointment 11 days ago and requested valet service at that time, but no one showed up this morning. I called at the time of my appointment to ask when someone would arrive to pick up my car and only then was valet service arranged. What was the point of requesting this service in advance?

I hope you rec’d my comments about Jaylene. I’m not a tech wizard! But, because I think so highly of her, I will write my compliments again. She is one of the most professional representatives of a company that I have had the pleasure to work with regarding service. I feel like she is truly interested in making me happy. She is reliable and confident, which makes me feel like I am in good hands. I hope to work with her in the future with all my service needs.

Quality service provided as always. Randy assisted me through the whole service and kept me informed with what was going on with my vehicle. Exceptional service provided by a quality human being. Returning the loaner as my vehicle was ready for pickup was simple. brought my car in for service on 4/1/2022 for an oil change, recall on roof racks, inspection to purchase my vehicle at the end of lease, and have the light in my passenger mirror repaired (I brought the light to Service’s attention that it was broken and kept falling out at my September 2021 service, and was told “if it falls out again, let us know” but repair was never attempted). I was told on Friday that I would now have to pay for the light out of pocket, as the warranty was up in the end of January. Where it wasn’t repaired in September when I brought it to their attention and repair wasn’t made, I don’t feel that I should have to pay for it out of pocket now. It was supposed to be discussed with the service manager Friday and then I would hear back, but I have not yet heard anything.

I informed Andrew that low oil sensor was on. He was very professional when he approached me, greeting me and asked how he could help me today. Mechanic took care of the oil level and resetting the car computer. Good service keep it up. Thank You
