Did not get a call or text telling me my car was ready. When I sent a text asking for an estimate of when it would be ready, I got no response. When I sent a second text I got the response "I tried calling you yesterday". I got no voicemail and the text thread set up the expectation that I would get a text notification.

The AC obviously had a leak when purchased since it did not hold its Freon. Busted Audi 4 times and now Gary tells me it was an outside influence and it will cost $2200. I did not cause that pin hole. It was there all the while. I have taken my car to another place for repairs and will not buy another vehicle from Audi Lakeland.
