Had 4 winter tires swapped with summer ones.Asked if tire pressures could be 35, did this a lot better than past visits. Great!
2 of summer tires were worn & Conner and I thought they should be in rear & 2 better tires should be on front. However worn tires ended up on front. Had to wait for rain to try. Had some trouble with hydroplaneing. Not sure what to do.

The service today was an extremely welcomed surprise to my day. I hadn’t had much luck when it came to pleasant interactions while dealing with the maintenance and impromptu repairs of my car at other Audi service centers here in Chicago. Andrew and the entire team changed all that. They were welcoming, accommodating, informative along the way, and efficient. This will be my new shop for all my car needs. Thanks a bunch! - Dr. D.

I called to order some touch up paint and your parts employee told me that I would have to pay in advance. He was professional and courteous delivering an insulting and foolish message.
What rabid accountant thought this was a good idea?
If there were another Audi dealer close by, I’d never patronize your facility again.
After purchasing car as well as financing the purchase through your lender, the insinuation of mistrust for a $20 purchase is damaging, imbicilic and shows such poor judgement that it casts doubt on the Audi brand.
Since the paint is only available through your franchise, I made the purchase, but the lingering affect of the foolish policy will outlast any benefit that could accrue form the prepayment of such a paltry amount.
