Andrew, Veronica and Eddie ALL were remarkable w/constant contact, professional, and kindness persons experienced endured with any car dealerships & staff. They went the extra mile to help! Absolute joy to do business with. Andrew (all) I trusted without a doubt. True asset to Audi & MGrath. After experience dealing & working them I am convinced to make a trade in & purchase a another car from Audi. Can not thank them enough from having car towed to finish. I’m happy with Cooper’s service. I’m not so happy with the repeated service visits to repair the plastic oil pan that Ford put on their trucks. Here’s hoping this one lasts longer than the last one.

I brought my car in , because of the recall for Audi 2016. I also need a oil and inspection. The tires need air was on also. I left car, and picked it up the next day. I also told the representative that my fan would come on. I asked him to check it also. I pick my car up, drove home. I parked in the garage. My daughter came and told me. My car was making a fan like noise. I went out there, the fan was on. I unlocked the car the fan went off. Today, had a Doctors appointment, went to the garage, attempting to start my car, it was totally dead. I just had car towed back to international Audi .

Well for starters it was all wrong from the beginning first off I called Audi and ask them how much it was going to cost for me to diagnose a few problems I had told her it was a her that I spoke to I told her that I did not have much money she then told me that it was going to be a hundred and $ 1 79 per hour for them to look at my car I said okay great I will just do one hour then because I won't be able to afford more than that. When I arrive for my appointment the next day the guy informs me it is going to be $300 per item that they have to look at a problem per light on in dashboard per say. I told him while I was told completely different when I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday he apologized we moved on I told him go ahead and just tell me why my car's temperature is rising and don't look at anything else because I can't afford it so long story short I have waited four hours for them to tell me that my car needs a new water pump and blah blah blah it's going to be $2,500. The guy showed me the water pump that same exact water pump was online for $70 so I got the information I ordered the pump for my dad to change it at my house we get the pump it's not the right pump you want to know why it's not the right pump because Audi here in Lakeland gave me all the wrong information they didn't have my write tag number they didn't have my right VIN number they didn't even have the color of my car on the paperwork they gave me but they sure had the big $2,500 down on their correct so finally I call Audi and let them know that I bought a product that doesn't fit my car that it's completely unacceptable for you to not have the right information how does something like that even happen so the manager calls me back and tells me oh your car isn't this number this number this number for the VIN I said no it's not you guys have all the wrong information how can that happens he then tells me he has no idea how that could happen and he will call me back when he figures it out guess what to No Surprise no call back I'm pissed off and I want explanation I honestly feel like I should be refunded because I was lead with the wrong information I spent $300 for you guys to tell me this was wrong with my car and you don't even have the right car on the paperwork and no call back no I'm sorry no I'm nothing but you guys want me to bring my car in trust within you. No way! I eventually got to a point where I couldn't drive my car anymore because I didn't want to mess up the engine so I had to take it to the nearest shop and spend way more money than I would have if I didn't have the inconvenience of you guys screwing me around my number is ****-****-xxxx and don't bother calling if you're just going to give me the runaround but if I don't hear from anyone soon I'm going to write a review so other people know what they have to look forward to when coming to Audi and Lakeland oh and I never wrote a review about the previous experience I had with Audi in Lakeland when they tried to sell me a car before I got the one I have now not with Audi in Lakeland but they tried to sell me a car that was messed up they didn't even go through it as far as I'm concerned concerned total scam.
