Gerald was ????. My salesman was ????. But overallI I was very, very dissatisfied with the dealership over all.. Took way too long for repair,, over 3 weeks, no loaner. When I ot my car back there ws damage to the front bumper.

I purchased an $88k vehicle and less than 24 hours later they did not want to secure a $81 part to allow me to properly operate the vehicle via MyAudi app. Simply Horrible!

I was told the inspection report was not ready and that it would be emailed to me later in the day. Have yet to receive it 3 days later. This is now the third time there has been no follow up….but…sales has called trying to sell me a new vehicle even though I made it clear I am not ready to buy.

I truly need an easier way to contact the service department without multiple transfers and leaving messages. Email works but it really isn’t the most efficient.

Joe is always very friendly and helpful when it comes to service on our vehicles. He went out of his way and asked to use aftermarket parts to get our only vehicle fixed and repaired as fast as possible. Thank you joe for all your hardwork you do for our vehicles service.
