The passenger window is covered with a greasy substance and something caused a discoloration of my center console. I have a call in to Clay at Sudi Lakeland and have not heard back.

Great experience. Everyone was very professional, very nice, and made you feel like a valued customer. The entire team and the dealership were 5 stars. Thank you for squeezing us in without an appointment on a very busy Saturday. We drove from Southern California and were heading back when our service light came on. You guys were heroes.

Was lied to about my drivers seat alarm going off. Was asked to pay 200 dollars to diagnose it and then later was told there was nothing wrong with it. However, this was not documented on the paper worked that I signed. Will not go back.

Humberto was excellent from start to finish. I hadn’t serviced my car before here and he made the process smooth and easy. He updated me every day and I felt taken care of the whole time.
